On Saturday I stopped in for a beer at the Shaskeen Pub in Manchester, NH, which is across from the City Hall on Elm Street. The band was playing Irish music which I really enjoyed.
There is always something going on at the Shaskeen Pub, live bands, comedy, trivia, and the food is good.
The Shaskeen Pub was opened in 2005 and they have a back room which can hold a large gathering for bands, comedy etc. The owners have two other Irish pubs, The Burren Pub, burren.com and Skellig Pub, theskellig.com.
The Shaskeen Pub is a very friendly place and if you like Irish music, why not stop in for a beer. They also have some nice Shaskeen T-shirts for sale.
